Terms & Conditions
The following terms govern the use of services provided by Netzach Connections (Pty) Ltd and the appointment of independent sales agents. By engaging our services or representing our brand you agree to be bound by these terms. Last updated: June 2026.
Company Terms & Conditions

About us. Netzach Connections (Pty) Ltd is a South African company operating as an authorised reseller of LTE and 5G connectivity products. We are not a licensed Electronic Communications Network Service (ECNS) provider; all underlying network services are delivered by our upstream licensed network operator under their own terms and licence conditions.

Eligibility. Services are available to South African residents and registered entities aged 18 and over who can present valid identification for RICA registration and who reside or operate within our network operator's coverage footprint.

Orders & activation. Orders are subject to network coverage at the delivery address, successful credit and RICA verification and stock availability. Activation timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier and upstream network conditions.

Pricing & billing. Prices are quoted in ZAR including VAT unless stated otherwise. Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by debit order, EFT or card. Failed collections may result in suspension. Pricing may change with 30 days' written notice.

Fair use & acceptable use. Uncapped packages are subject to the network operator's Fair Usage and Acceptable Use Policy. Throttling, deprioritisation or suspension may apply where usage is excessive, fraudulent or used for prohibited activities, including spam, illegal content, network abuse, commercial redistribution, tethering for resale, or peer-to-peer hosting at scale.

Equipment. Routers and SIMs supplied remain subject to the manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months). Equipment that is lost, stolen, water-damaged, opened, modified or used outside specification is the customer's responsibility and may not be covered.

Delivery & risk. Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery. Customers must inspect packages on receipt and report visible damage within 48 hours.

Installation & self-install. Our standard offering is self-install. Where a site survey or technician dispatch is requested, a separate fee applies and is quoted before work begins.

Cancellation. Month-to-month services may be cancelled with one (1) calendar month's written notice. Fixed-term contracts cancelled early may attract an early termination fee as per the upstream operator's schedule.

Cooling-off (CPA). Where applicable under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, customers who purchase via direct marketing may cancel within five (5) business days of delivery, provided the equipment is returned undamaged in original packaging at the customer's cost.

RICA. All SIM activations are subject to the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-Related Information Act (RICA). Customers must provide valid ID and proof of address. Services cannot be activated without successful RICA.

POPIA & privacy. Personal information is processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, solely to provide services, perform RICA and credit checks, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at info@netzachconnections.co.za.

Marketing communications. By submitting a coverage request or order, you consent to direct communications (call, SMS, email, WhatsApp) about your enquiry. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

Service availability. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events and upstream network outages may affect availability.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netzach Connections is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from network downtime, signal degradation, data loss, or third-party service interruption. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the affected service in that period.

Indemnity. The customer indemnifies Netzach Connections against claims arising from the customer's misuse of services, breach of these terms, or unlawful conduct using our connectivity.

Dispute resolution. Disputes should first be raised in writing to info@netzachconnections.co.za. If unresolved within 14 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation in Johannesburg before litigation.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The South African courts of competent jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via this website at least 14 days before they take effect.
Agent Terms of Use
Applies to all independent sales agents and resellers appointed by Netzach Connections (Pty) Ltd. Acceptance of these terms — together with successful completion of training — is a precondition to going into the field.

Appointment. Agents are appointed on a non-exclusive, independent contractor basis. No employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship beyond what is set out in writing is created. Agents are responsible for their own tax and statutory contributions.

Mandatory training. Every appointed agent must complete the Netzach onboarding and training programme covering product knowledge, package details, RICA process, POPIA, ethical selling and dispute handling. Agents may NOT represent Netzach in the field, sign up customers or accept RICA documents until they have successfully passed the training assessment. Refresher training is required at least annually.

Field readiness. Agents may only begin field activity once they have (a) passed training, (b) been issued a unique agent ID and branded materials, and (c) signed this Agent Terms of Use. Operating in the field without these is a material breach.

Compliance. Agents must comply with all applicable laws including ICASA regulations, the Electronic Communications Act, RICA, the Consumer Protection Act, POPIA, FICA, the National Credit Act and our network operator's channel rules.

Ethical selling. Agents must represent products honestly. Misleading claims about speeds, coverage, pricing, contract terms, commission or benefits are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate suspension, termination and commission clawback.

RICA & KYC. Agents must ensure each customer is properly RICA-registered with valid identification and proof of address before activation. "Ghost" activations, doubling-up identities or RICA fraud are grounds for immediate termination, full commission clawback and reporting to the network operator and the South African Police Service.

Data protection. Customer personal information may only be collected for the purpose of activating services, must be transmitted securely to Netzach Connections, and may not be stored, copied, photographed, shared or used for any other purpose. Data breaches must be reported to Netzach within 24 hours.

No cash handling. Agents may NOT collect cash, bank transfers, or any payment directly from customers. All payments are made to Netzach Connections (Pty) Ltd through approved channels only.
- 09
Brand use. Agents may use Netzach Connections and partner network brand assets only as supplied. No modification, co-branding, fake social-media pages, or use on unauthorised platforms (including pay-per-click bidding on our trademarks) is permitted without written consent.

Territory & poaching. Agents must not poach existing Netzach customers from other agents, switch them between agent codes, or solicit business outside their assigned territory without approval.

Commission. Commission is payable on activated, RICA-verified, first-payment-collected accounts as per the published rate card. Commission on accounts cancelled, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent within 90 days of activation will be reversed. Commission rate card may be updated with 30 days' notice.

No sub-agenting. Agents may not appoint sub-agents, share their agent code, or transfer their appointment without prior written approval from Netzach Connections.
- 13
Confidentiality. Pricing, commission structures, customer lists, training material and operational processes are confidential and remain the property of Netzach Connections during and after the agency relationship.

Equipment & materials. Demo equipment, uniforms and marketing material remain the property of Netzach Connections and must be returned on termination. Loss or wilful damage may be deducted from outstanding commission.

Disciplinary action. Suspected breaches will be investigated. Minor breaches may result in written warning and mandatory retraining; serious breaches (fraud, RICA abuse, harassment, brand damage) result in immediate termination.

Termination. Either party may terminate the agency on 30 days' written notice. Netzach Connections may terminate immediately for breach, fraud, reputational harm or regulatory non-compliance. On termination, all agent access, branded material and customer data must be returned.

Indemnity. Agents indemnify Netzach Connections against any loss, claim, fine or penalty resulting from the agent's misrepresentation, non-compliance, data mishandling or unlawful conduct.

Governing law. This appointment is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
